My love for the sport started at a very early age. I was 6 years old when I first picked up a tennis racket in an afterschool program at Evendale Elementary. I started playing competitively as a 10 year old, traveling to Midwest and National Tournaments. I was fortunate to receive a college scholarship to the University of Louisville. I then transferred to Wright State University. I am a certified school teacher in Integrated Business. I have been teaching tennis for the last 9 years. I have been a full-time instructor for 5 years, but now I started my own company. I enjoy working with students of all ages and ability levels. The Evendale Tennis Center is where Teufel Tennis is based out of. I also have agreements with daycare centers and I am hopefully starting to teach after school programs at several local elementary schools shortly.
